CINADCO - The Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation within the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development operates as the professional affiliate of the Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation - MASHAV, implementing Israel's cooperation policies with developing nations in the fields of agriculture and rural development. For over 50 years Israel has been sharing its own development experience in with more than 140 developing countries.
Based on the approach that enhancing people’s livelihood is paramount to sustainable economic growth, CINADCO’s professional activities focus mainly on human capacity building, transfer of knowledge and professional support for agricultural development projects. CINADCO's cooperation programs include tailor-made training activities and collaborative projects carried out in Israel and abroad. Conducted in Arabic, English, French, Spanish and Russian, programs cover a wide range of topics related to water resources management, irrigation and fertilization, sustainable market oriented agriculture, intensive livestock & dairy production, agricultural research and development structures, etc.
To date, CINADCO has trained tens of thousands of professionals from Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and the Middle East and has been involved in the establishment of several successful projects.
Development goals must still be achieved. In this context, CINADCO, in cooperation with MASHAV, seeks to expand its networking with governments, international organizations and NGOs, to face together the challenges of the present.
