There are two kinds of forms in the collection:  Form to print out – filling out details by hand.  Online form – type your details quickly and accurately on the computer.     Saving form Sending form Printing form Filling in form Form type Printed Mail, fax Yes Handwritten Form for printing Printed, file *Mail, fax, email Yes On the computer Online form * For online forms – after filling out your details, you can print out the form or send it by clicking on the "send" button.
